Licenses deliver by email after payment. Because access can start right away, refunds are limited to the cases below.
Send a request within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID and reason.
When we may refund
Duplicate charges, confirmed payment with no delivery, or activation failures we can verify may qualify for review.
Decisions are final. Chargebacks without contacting us first may revoke the license. See Terms of Use.
